Learn it, love it, live it.
If you don’t know who you are and what you are capable of doing, you won’t stand out to hiring authorities. Kristen reminds us that you need to have a clear understanding of what you can do for the company that you are interviewing with and how you will show them you act on and live your strengths.
Kristen will discuss three ways to communicate your value and passion.
- Learn who you are – know and identify your strengths and talents
- Love who you are – what makes you great and unique
- Live it – authentically bring those strengths to work every day

I empower individuals in career transitions to develop their talents and navigate to their best selves.
I am a thoughtful, authentic coach, passionate about positive psychology and strengths development. I have 15 years of experience working with young adults and adults experiencing career transitions. Officially certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach, I enjoy working with companies, schools, and organizations to help tap into and expand their strengths.
I encourage clients to be active participants in their experiences. With a strong strengths-based approach my clients are better prepared to articulate their strengths and find a connection with their work. Those I work with better understand talent and strength alignment to culture and organization, and create strategies and solutions to use their greatest talents. Organizations benefit from finding employees that have learned how to leverage their strengths and be engaged in their work.
