Brian has witnessed this first hand in managing the human relations department overseeing an organization with 24,000 employees! He saw what it takes to succeed, and fail!
Brian will make you aware of three distinct but interconnected stages your career will share the following things you need to do to launch and lead a successful career.
- Things you need to know about building a career plan
- Conduct a career inventory and evaluate your career ecosystem
- Fuel and support you will need to reach your career goals
You will walk away from this presentation with an understanding of new ways of finding jobs, new methods to build careers that last, and a new definition of “work” that embraces life-satisfaction and happiness.
