Kirsty is a New Zealander who has spent much of her adult life in Australia. Following infertility, a failed marriage, the deaths of both parents and younger brother, she decided that the next half of her life would be dedicated to opportunity and optimism. She was determined to bring everyone she could with her. For 20 years he has worked with job seekers from school leavers and graduates to CEOs, ex-Olympians, fire fighters, jet pilots and Defence Force Top Guns. Helping thousands along the way take that one step towards their potential.
Kirsty runs a global interview coaching business ‘www.interviewchix.com’ a dedicated interview success hub providing interview skills courses and coaching – from “Application to Outfit – Interview to Offer” and supporting Small to Medium Business to ‘Hire Right’. Her team of off-site coaches work in over 20 countries. She has been referred to a ‘personal publicist’ a ‘confidence cheer- squad’ and the ‘oracle of interviews’.
She uses her platform to advocate for women in minority roles, school leavers, and career changers. Posting as a thought leader, blogger, and mentor, encouraging self-knowledge, change, and the pursuit of purpose.
The Interview Chix suite of brands includes a long-standing niche in aviation under the brand ‘Pinstripe Solutions’. Coaching Pilots, Cabin Crew, Engineers, and Corporates in 20 countries for 40+ airlines.
Kirsty is also the co-founder of High School To Hireable (www.highschooltohireable.com), an interview skills video course dedicated to preparing high school students to enter the world of employment or further education.
She has lectured at universities including Sydney and Griffith on careers, communication and self-confidence. She runs Workshops and Webinars globally and is a regular keynote speaker at Women’s events including Women In Aviation, Leadership, and National Conferences.
Her new book, ‘The Albino Chameleon – The Things That Make You ‘You’ Can Become Your Super Power’ is for anyone heading into a job interview or personal challenge. ‘Ben’ the Albino Chameleon can only be himself, ultimately that turns out to be his superpower.
