As a Woman Business Owner, Linda Leake has been engaging with hundreds of businesses and helping thousands of people with her business execUchange for 30+ years. In 2004, Linda was named one of the Top 25 Women In Business by the Triangle Business Journal , Raleigh, North Carolina.
Linda’s focus as a Job Strategist and Recruiter, helps professionals increase their income through job coaching and recruiting. The job coaching is done individually and through a virtual seminar, You Get Hired!
The Book, Plug Into The Job Seekers’ Ministry: How Leaders Develop A Vital Ministry for the Unemployed , was authored by Linda in 2020. As Team Lead of this outreach program which ran for six years, every Wednesday morning, unemployed professionals were supported, encouraged, trained, provided introductions, and guidance in the pursuit of their next career position. Over 500 unemployed professionals have become employed by working together to achieve desired outcomes. The “Buddy System” through Networking helped the professionals achieve their goal of getting their next job!
Linda has owned and sold three small businesses in healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. Her 30 years experience in hiring, recruiting, career, and organizational change with professionals in over 300 organizations positions her to help you get your next job.
