With nearly 20 years of professional experience in recruiting, coaching and development, Alicia Dupree is passionate about helping young adults succeed in “the real world.” After retiring from corporate America in 2018, she’s been focused exclusively on her career as a coach, enjoying the flexibility, and challenge, of entrepreneurial life.

Alicia is a graduate of James Madison University, currently lives in New Jersey and nothing brings her more joy than spending time with her husband and their three children
